Our school is unique in that we have a clothing closet and a food pantry housed at Woodsboro Elementary School. The clothing closet offers an opportunity for families to “recycle” gently used clothing for use in our community. Donations of children’s clothing and shoes (sizes 4 to 14) are accepted at Woodsboro Elementary School during school hours. The pantry contains non-perishable food, hygiene, and household items. Donations to the pantry are also accepted.
This year we will be using an order form to better meet individual family needs. Families will complete the form and return it to school with your student or by email. We will then fill your pantry order and contact families to pick up the requested items curbside, during regular school hours. Please contact Mrs. Cox at susan.cox@fcps.org or Mrs. Eaves at oneida.eaves@fcps.org for a copy of the form or with any questions about the Caring Closet.
